Michelle Elliott joined the Archway Partnership in 2011 and currently serves as the Archway Professional in Hawkinsville/ Pulaski County. In this role, she will work with the community, connecting them to the resources of the University, to address issues local leaders have identified. The community has identified six key priorities: Community Health, Economic Development, Government Service Delivery, Housing, Leadership Development, and Public Education.
Michelle comes to Archway from the private sector, where she worked in the health care industry for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. Prior to that, she served as Executive Assistant to the Mayor in Warner Robins, GA and as Souvenir Sales Manager for Macon’s internationally recognized Cherry Blossom Festival. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, Michelle also served as a congressional intern for U. S. Representative J. Roy Rowland in Washington, D.C.
A Macon, Georgia native, Michelle now makes her home in Warner Robins, Georgia where she resides with her husband, Jim, an attorney, and two sons, Jay and Mark.
