Pulaski Tomorrow, a non-profit organization that operates adult and youth leadership programs in Pulaski County, held its first-ever strategic planning retreat in Athens on October 10-11, 2016. The retreat was led by J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development faculty and was attended by nearly 20 community members.
The goal of the retreat was to design a sustainability plan and since then, Pulaski’s Archway Professional, Sam Perren, has been holding monthly strategic plan implementation meetings with organization leaders. This strategic plan will assist Pulaski Tomorrow to continue to grow and develop sustainably.
Leadership Development has been a major priority for the Archway Partnership Executive Committee in Pulaski County since its inception. Through Pulaski Tomorrow, the community has developed several new cohorts of adult and youth community leaders. The development and implementation of this strategic plan will help Pulaski Tomorrow continue to grow as an organization and sustain itself with new leaders for years to come.
