Sarah Adams has been an Archway Professional with the Archway Partnership since 2018. In her role, she connects local communities with University of Georgia and other higher education resources to address critical, locally identified needs and opportunities.
Sarah earned both her Master of Public Health and her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia. She is certified in public health and is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.
She moved to Colquitt County in 2015, where she and her husband, Brian, made their home. They have two children, Samuel and Brianna. Sarah has served as the Thomson–McDuffie Archway Professional since July 2023. Since August 2025, she has also been part of a team developing support pipelines for the new medical school to engage rural and underserved Georgians through the Public Service and Outreach Working Group on Health.
Sarah enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in economic development, and is known for her appreciation of a good (and sometimes terrible) pun.
